Frequently Asked Questions

Orders

Once your order is placed you'll receive a confirmation email. If you need to amend or cancel an order, login to your account within 15 mins. After that, orders may already be in processing.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase. Estimated dispatch dates are shown on each product page. We'll email you as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across the UK. If you are elsewhere try selectcards.com.  Delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging. To start a return, login to your profile and go to the order and follow the instructions
